Monday, April 20, 2009 Founding Member David Crosby farewells Roderick with former Premier of South Australia, Sir Henry Ayers, in the background The Adelaide Club was pleased to welcome Roderick Kaim as an Honorary Member for the nine months that he was working in Adelaide. The Adelaide Club enjoyed having a member from an overseas club and hearing about the Tokyo Club in particular. He also passed on a message from the Tokyo Club which included details of their 35th anniversary celebrations. Roderick made a presentation of his their celebratory cuff links and lapel badge to the committee members and Founding member David Crosby prior to leaving. The Constitution of Clubs allows for members of other clubs who transfer into the vicinity of another club to become honorary members for a period – see Membership 9 (b) (ii). Categories:
